My daughter Hannah took this shot at West Chop, on Martha's Vineyard.  I don't usually go for "sunset shots," but I feel that she nailed the feel of the moment.  She broke the conventional "rule of thirds" by letting the horizon line be the center of the shot, though more than made up for it with the deep purples surrounding the orange, and a creative use of angles.
